While I am definitely wired to love this work, I’m also highly qualified. I’m a former Corporate Strategist who built a multiple six-figure consulting firm by helping businesses scale and run efficiently.

Armed with an MBA and a decade of experience growing businesses and teams, I now work with ambitious female entrepreneurs who are looking to scale their business to new heights.

My clients are six and seven figure business owners, and I help them streamline internal processes, establish profitable income streams, and create the infrastructure to make it last.

I was 22, freshly graduated from university and my vision was clear as day: walking downtown to my cool agency job, wearing a trendy suit with an iPhone in one hand and a coffee in the other.

It was my DREAM to work a corporate job, put in the hours and the time, learn to drink scotch and rise the ranks quickly so I could be a VP and make six figures by the time I was 30.

How did I get here?

I had a plan.

And I was well on my way. By 27, I had led multiple teams, managed a portfolio of over 30 well known brands (including in-house marketing at Apple), had a cute apartment downtown and just graduated one of the top MBA programs in Canada.

I was over it.

Agency life can be fun, but it sure isn’t glamorous. While the long hours and day-to-day grind didn’t bother me, the lack of bigger challenges did. I liked to solve new problems, but the ones I was solving were all the same. I wanted to bite into something juicer.

I wanted to make a real impact. Create real change.

So I started a boutique consulting business.

For the next 5 years, I grew my business from one client that almost matched my annual salary to a multiple six-figure consultancy with a team and multiple clients all over the world. I tapped into my MBA education and went beyond marketing: I built my strategy, operations, and finance skill sets that would lead me to where I am today — and it’s probably why you’re reading this.

In 2017, I started a brand new business (this one!) focused on helping female creatives and entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses so they could find more time, have more freedom and make more money.

I love data, analytics, and building financial models. Oh wait, I already said that.

When I'm not ideating and executing new projects for my clients, I'm probably reading Moana board books to my daughter so she catches the Disney bug while she's young.

If I’m not with my daughter, you’ll find me breaking down big business lessons from Disney into digestible, actionable strategies on Pixie Dust & Profits, the podcast I co-host with my biz bff Nicole Boucher. I am also the founder of Montessori for Mompreneurs, where I share tips on how female entrepreneurs with kids can infuse Montessori principles into their work and family life. Interested?
