And I was well on my way. By 27, I had led multiple teams, managed a portfolio of over 30 well known brands (including in-house marketing at Apple), had a cute apartment downtown and just graduated one of the top MBA programs in Canada. 

I was over it. 

Agency life can be fun, but it sure isn’t glamorous. While the long hours and day-to-day grind didn’t bother me, the lack of bigger challenges did. I liked to solve new problems, but the ones I was solving were all the same. I wanted to bite into something juicer. 

I wanted to make a real impact. Create real change. 

So I started a boutique consulting business.

For the next 5 years, I grew my business from one client that almost matched my annual salary to a multiple six-figure consultancy with a team and multiple clients all over the world. I tapped into my MBA education and went beyond marketing: I built my strategy, operations, and finance skill sets that would lead me to where I am today — and it’s probably why you’re reading this.

In 2017, I started a brand new business (this one!) focused on helping female creatives and entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses so they could find more time, have more freedom and make more money.
